[Sim]ply Love

The Sim family had just celebrated the birth of their second child Brody and thought it was time to have some family shots done. We had fun working around nappy changes, feeding and eldest son Brayden's special tricks and poses. Staging the shoot in their family home meant the whole event was stress free. What a joy it is to capture these moments in the life of a family. Thanks Sim Clan!

Waiting for Parker

I was blessed with the opportunity to spend time with Erina and Chris in sunny Brisvegas as they celebrated the pending arrival of their first born son, Parker. The baby shower was a blast, with family and friends obviously as excitied as Chris and Erina if the gifts were anything to go by! Here are some of my faves from that shoot...

We love babies!

With children of our own, we know how important it is to capture every fleeting moment - they grow up so fast! Here is Brody at 9mths in my favourite prop, an antique oak baby bath my husband picked up years before we even had children. At the time I said "Why do we need this??" but now it is my most essential baby shoot item!

Is it February already?

A belated Happy New Year to one and all! For CK Photography, it has been a busy one already, with Kirrily and her husband welcoming the angelic Juliet into their family. Big brother Kurt is smitten, as are all who are near and dear to the family. The time has come, though, to get 'back to work' and we look forward to showcasing our work here on the blog.
